# Open an Agent's Computer

> See the Agent's cloud desktop next to the chat, zoom in, and use the keyboard.

Each Agent can have its own cloud desktop with a browser. You can watch it and use it yourself. These steps were run in the web app on a wide window; on a phone the Computer opens as its own screen.

## Before you start

[Create an Agent](https://docs.worksong.ai/guides/create-your-first-agent.md) and open its chat.

## Steps

1. In the chat header, select the monitor icon (**Open Computer**). You can also open **⋯** and select **Open Computer** ("Open its cloud desktop and use it yourself").
2. A **Computer** panel opens beside the chat. The screen shows after a few seconds, with a browser open and a **Keyboard**, **Clipboard** and **Zoom** button under it.
3. Select **Zoom** to step the screen to 2×, then 3×, then back to the whole screen. Use it when the text is too small to read.
4. Select **Keyboard** to show keys the screen cannot type for you: **Esc**, **Tab**, **Ctrl** and the arrows. Select **Hide keyboard** to close it.
5. Select the **×** at the top of the panel (**Close Computer panel**) when you are done.

## The ⋯ menu

Select the **⋯** button in the panel header.

| Option | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Trackpad mode** | Off by default: you tap where you want to click. On: slide one finger to move the pointer, like a laptop trackpad. |
| **Reconnect** | Opens the screen again if it looks stuck. |
| **Restart computer** | Starts it again from the newest version. Sign-ins stay. |
| **Reset computer** | A clean image. It removes its sign-ins and browser data. |
| **Using the computer** | Gestures, keyboard and clipboard help. |

## Good to know

* **Reset computer** is the only option that deletes anything: it signs the Computer out of every site. Use **Restart computer** first.
* The Computer is one shared screen: the Agent and you see the same desktop.
* Touch gestures: drag with one finger to select or move a window, drag with two fingers to scroll, press and hold (or tap with two fingers) to right-click, pinch to zoom.
