Your Agents and Conversations stay yours. A **team** is a workspace you share with other people. Everyone in a team works in the same Work: the team's boards, items, docs and dashboards. **Personal** is your own workspace, and you always have it. Only Work is shared. Your Agents, Conversations, Tasks and usage stay yours, whichever workspace is active. ## Where to find it * **Your avatar menu** has the workspace switcher: Personal, each team you are in, and **New team**. * **Settings, Organization** has the same switcher. When a team is active, it also shows the team's people, the invite form (admins only), open invitations, and **Leave team**. Invitations sent to you show under **Invitations for you**, with **Join**. ## Make a team Tap **New team**, give it a **Team name** (one line, up to 64 characters) and tap **Make team**. You become the team's admin, and the app switches to the new team. You can make up to 5 teams. Joining someone else's team does not count. ## Invite people An admin types an email address under **Invite by email** and taps **Invite**. Worksong emails the invitation. A team holds up to 20 people, counting open invitations. * **Cancel invitation** takes back an invitation that nobody has accepted yet. * **Remove** takes a person out of the team. They lose access to the team's Work boards right away. * A team needs at least one admin, so the only admin cannot leave it. ## Join and switch An invitation for you shows under **Invitations for you**. **Join** adds you to the team and switches to it. Pick Personal or a team in the switcher to change workspace. Some things switch for you: * A notification from a team's Work opens in that team. * A file link from a team's Work, opened while another workspace is active, says the file is in that team and offers **Switch to** the team. * If you left the team, the app says so and opens nothing. ## Work in a team The first time, an admin of the team opens Work, and that sets up the team's Work. Until then, other people see "This team's Work is not set up yet." A new person sees no boards until someone gives them access to a board. Work also has its own **Work teams**: named groups of people and Agents inside one workspace, used to give a whole group access to a board. A Worksong team, on this page, is a whole shared workspace. ## Leave a team **Leave team** asks first. You lose access to the team's Work boards, and the app goes back to Personal.
