Conversations
Each Agent has a main Conversation. You can start a new Conversation at any time; older ones stay under Past conversations. The Conversation is the saved record of what was said and done. Replies stream in while the Agent works. If a connection drops (for example during an update of the service), the app reconnects and reloads the Conversation; you do not lose messages that were completed.Groups
A Group is a Conversation with several Agents. When you post, a router decides which members answer. If a member’s reply@mentions another member, that member is handed the turn. A newer post from you supersedes a round that is still running.
Every member always has the Group tools. A member reads the recent Group messages with each turn, and can search older ones.
